One-on-One Personal Training – Available in Spring, TX Only

One Month Packages
$400 (2, 1 hr sessions per week)
$600 (3, 1 hr sessions per week)

Two Month Packages
$750 (2, 1 hr sessions per week)
$1050 (3, 1 hr sessions per week)

Packages Include:

  • Initial Consult
  • One on One Training Sessions 2x or 3x weekly (1 hour each)
  • A program specifically tailored to your body & needs
  • Nutrition overview with continual support & guidance
  • Additional Workouts (if needed)

Online Training Programs

For those who have worked with a personal trainer and/or are well versed in proper use of equipment and form, a personalized, progressive program will be designed according to your goals and closely monitored through the duration. Whether you have 2 days or 7 days a week to commit, we will work closely to design the most efficient, effective program for you.

1 Month Program – $150

Package Includes:

  • In depth consult of history, nutrition, goals, etc.
  • Program design emailed along with hard copy printed & mailed (if desired)
  • Weekly Check-In/Overview & program adjustments (if necessary)

After the first month, $75 will be billed for continued program design/adjustment and consults.

**A Nutrition Consult is available for $50 if you need more structure/assistance.
